Sync Issue in EFFORT Plus Mobile App


This issue arises only for the EFFORT Plus mobile app users. If users experience syncing issues – like processing up to 98% and stops automatically, after some time again starts syncing from 0-98%, and stops again. This will be repeated for some time, and then it shows an error message as sync failed: sorry another sync is in progress. Refer to the below screenshots for your reference.

Finally, the user will get the error message as oops something went wrong. Sync again.


If you encounter this issue, you need to forward the debug info to the Spoors support team. They will get it resolved with the help of our Android team.


Update the mobile app to the latest version. After installing the new version, the issue has been resolved.
