Links in the Extracted Report Are Not Working

This article helps you if the links in the downloaded report are not working when clicked. Follow the below steps to sort out the issue.

  1. Log in to the respective EFFORT account.
  2. Navigate to Web App > Reports.
  3. Download the report.
  4. Check whether the links in the report are working or not.
  5. If the links are not working, then contact our Spoors support team. They will get it resolved with the help of our web team.
