Completed First Action but Shows the Same Action Under Next Action

This article helps if you have an issue like the first action is completed but not able to perform the next action in the mobile app. It shows the same action under the Next Action. In such a case, follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Log in to the EFFORT account.
  2. Navigate to Web App > Work Processes.
  3. Click on the work process card on which the user complained.
  4. Now click Reset under the Work Filters, and search with the given work id.
  5. Click on the Make This As My Last Action option.
  6. Now inform the user to update the mobile app to the latest version.
    Once the user updates the mobile app, this issue will not repeat.
