Getting Access Denied When Trying to Do the Next Action

This article helps if you are getting an Access Denied message when you click on the Next Action button. In such cases, follow the below steps.

  1. Log in to the EFFORT account.
  2. Navigate to Web App > Work Processes.
  3. Click the work process card on which the user complained.
  4. Click Reset under the Work Filters, then search for the given work ID.
  5. Click the eye icon under the View column to go to the work details page.
  6. Check whether the user has access to perform the next action or not.
  7. If the user does not have access to perform the next action, then Access Denied will be displayed.
  8. If the user has access to perform the next action but still getting Access Denied, then contact our Spoors support team. They will get it resolved with the help of our Web team.
