Unable to Perform Next Action in the Web App

This article helps if you are not able to perform the next action in the Web App. Refer to the below screenshot for the issue when trying to perform the action.

Steps

When you have such a complaint, follow the below steps check the reason.
  1. Check whether the user is authorized to perform the next action or not.
  2. To check, log in to the Effort account and navigate to Web App. Now check that whether you are also facing the same issue or not.

If the user is authorized to perform the next action and you also faced the same issue like Access Denied then contact our Spoors support team.

Analysis from the Support team

In the work spec, the form that is associated with the next action is a draft form. You can be able to perform the next action only if you have permission to modify the form. If you don't have permission to modify, then you will not be able to perform the next action.

Resolution

Give the form modify permission to the user. Then, the user can be able to perform the next action.
