Work ID Rejected by User
This article helps you to reassign the work if any user, unfortunately, rejected the
assigned work. Follow the below steps to reassign the work.
- Go to .
- Click the work process card on which the user complained.
- Under the Work Filters, click the Reset button and search with the Work ID.
- Select the work and click Reassign button.
- The work will be moved to the incomplete state after reassigning the work.
