Work ID Rejected by User

This article helps you to reassign the work if any user, unfortunately, rejected the assigned work. Follow the below steps to reassign the work.
  1. Go to Web App > Work Processes.
  2. Click the work process card on which the user complained.
  3. Under the Work Filters, click the Reset button and search with the Work ID.
  4. Select the work and click Reassign button.

  5. The work will be moved to the incomplete state after reassigning the work.
