Job Description

We are looking for BDM and Sr BDM to sell its Product EFFORT, The job will be an excellent next career step for people who want to see a start-up gain serious traction with its product, see the company grow and scale from 70 to 250 employees in a year or two, To be successful in this role, the candidate must be well organized and have a plan for working across the territory. Starts with creating new leads, qualifying the leads, developing the opportunity, creating value, presenting solutions, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with great networking abilities to maintain and grow the business relationships


Roles and Responsibilities

● Revenue: Develop, realize and maintain revenue by selling and advocating all Spoors products and services through web-based leads, outbound calls, email communications, and web-based across the territory and/or assigned accounts.

● Identify new accounts and close new business opportunities by competitive quoting, quotation follow-up, and sales functions.

● Document all sales activity in EFFORT(Call Reports and Opportunities)

● Pipeline Management: Identity, track and facilitate closure of key opportunities.

● Maintain ongoing relationships with multiple contacts throughout client’s organizations to ensure smooth delivery of products/ services and payment.

● Identify and exceed customer requirements by working closely with appropriate internal resources.

● Ability to do high-level product demonstrations.

● Effectively utilize internal resources to provide appropriate and timely responses to our prospects.

● Attend trade shows promoting products when required as well as internal sales meetings arranged by the company.

● 50%-70% travel


Desired Skills & Experience

● 3 to 5 years of enterprise software (Software as a Service(SaaS) ) sales experience to include dealing with industries that have Enterprise applications, Field force, Mobile Workforce, and Workflows. SaaS experience a plus

● Consistent and proven track record of over 100% quota attainment

● Maintains a consultative or solutions-oriented selling style.

● Must be organized, motivated, and possess the ability to develop and execute a sales plan enthusiastically.(has ideally started a territory from scratch)

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to achieve commitment and results.

● Strong account management, closing, and “win-win” negotiating skills are essential.

● Exceptional business writing and communication skills.

● Experience in designing and negotiating winning sales proposals

● MBA in a reputed school or equivalent education and relevant experience



● Must possess a Go-Getter mentality. Goal-oriented, competitive

● “Driver” personality that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

● Ability to wear “multiple hats”

● A presentation ace with the ability to communicate appropriately across all levels

● High-level relationship development and rapport-building skills to stakeholders within key targets and important industry contacts.
