Generate a Customers Master Audit Report

  1. Go to Web App.
  2. Click Tools and Audit in the user menu located on the top right corner under the employee name.

    The Tools and Audit page appears.

  3. Click Customers Master Audit link or icon under the Tools and Audit section.

    The Customers Master Audit page appears.

  4. Select a customer from the Customer dropdown if you want to generate report of a specific customer.

  5. Optional: Select an employee from the Modified By dropdown if you want to generate report of modifications done by a specific employee.
  6. Optional: Select From and To dates if you want to generate report of modifications done within the defined duration.
  7. Click Load button.
    The Customers Master Audit report is displayed in a new tab.

  8. Click view icon under the Action column.
    The Customer Audit View page appears with all the customer details.
