Create a Form

To create a form, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Click the Create Form button.

    The Add a New Form Template pop-up appears.

  3. Click Create On My Own.
  4. Enter a name for the form in the Title textbox.
  5. Drag and drop one or more fields on to the page canvas.
  6. Configure properties of each field as per your requirement.

  7. Enable publishing option as per your requirement to start accepting form submissions from the users.

  8. Click Publish.
