Free licenses are limited to a period of 1 month from the date of registration and the customer can use it for any process and explore the platform fully with no restrictions.
Free licenses will continue beyond the mentioned period if the customer goes onto a subscription mode with minimum annual commitment of 100+ users.
Against the invoices generated for the customer the 5 free users will be accounted for and provided as discounts (clearly mentioned as line items in the invoice).
The Free licenses cannot be given as credit beyond the scope of the aforementioned clauses.
Spoors can revoke the Free licenses at any point in time and its at the sole discretion of Spoors Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd to provide Free licenses.
Free licenses will not attract any support expect for process assistance by our sales team.
Free licenses cannot be extended any integration capabilities or any customizations.
